Lü Shengzhong 吕胜中 naît à Dayuji, Province du Shandong Chine.

Sa première exposition à la Galerie Nationale de Chine, Paper Cut Art Show ,

qui utilise la technique ancestrale du papier découpé est fortement remarquée.

L'année suivante, il présente à l'exposition d'Avant-Garde de Beijing : Maze Walk, |

une installation à grande échelle. |

Il commence à enseigner l'Art Populaire à la C.A.F.A. Beijing. |

Ses collages et installations participent à la Biennale Internationle de Guangjiu |

Corée du Sud ( 1995 ) à la Biennale de Venise Italie ( 2003 ) ainsi qu'à la Triennale

de Guangzhou Chine .( 2003 ). |

Il vit et travaille à Beijing. Il est à la tête du département des Arts expérimentaux |

de la C.A.F.A. |
