Rong Rong & Inri 荣荣和映里 pinyin Rong Rong he Ying Li

1968

Rong Rong   荣荣 naît à Zhangzhou, dans la province du Fujian, en Chine.

1986

Elle entre à l'Institut d'Art Indusriel du Fujian

Les deux premières années, elle étudie la peinture, puis la photographie.

1992

Elle entre à l'Institut d'Art Indusriel Central de Beijing ( section photographie )

1993

Elle s'installe à East-Village, pour unr longue étude photographique des artistes

1996

Elle ouvre son atelier de photographie à Beijing.

1973

Inri 映里 naît dans la préfecture de Kanagawa, au Japon.

1994

Diplômée de l'Institut de photographie Nippon de Tokyo, elle travaille trois ans

pour le journal Asahi Shinbun.

1997

Elle devient photographe indépendante.

2000

Rong Rong & Inri 荣荣和映里 commencent à travailler ensemble

2007

Elles créent à Beijing, un  lieu dédié uniquement à la photographie et à la vidéo  : 

Three Shadows Photography Art Centre.

Elles participent à de nombreuses expositions.

2016

Elles reçoivent le Prix de la Contribution exceptionnelle à la Photographie aux Sony World

Awards.
