 Ho Kan, 霍刚 in pinyin Huo Gang , was born in Nanjing, China.

 
     

   1957

After graduating from University, he started teaching Art.
He sent several drawings, done by his students to Hsiao Chin who organized an exhibition in Spain.

Hsiao Yan

 
     

1932

Hsiao Yan was born in Xiangxiang, Hunan Province, China.

 
 

He studied Chinese painting in Taipei and met the artists who would later form the Ton-Fan group.

 
     

1963

He went to Paris, France, where he studied Art for five years.

 
     

1968

He decided to go to the U.S.A. and settled in New York where he joined the Photo-realism Art movment. All his work shows the city where he lived : the streets of New York.
